Crochet Stitch How-To: Herringbone Half Double

Herringbone patterns, particularly herringbone half double crochet, are among my favorite stitch patterns to use in projects. Repeating rows of herringbone half double crochet creates a sturdy, firm fabric perfect for home goods. I’d recommend using crisp cotton yarns to emphasize the defined pattern.
